Mariama Diallo

Mariama Diallo is a lawyer, co-founding partner of DTB Avocats and a mediator accredited by the Quebec Bar.

Me Diallo supports her clients with a simple conviction: each case deserves both a rigorous legal strategy and attentive listening. She advises and represents individuals, entrepreneurs and organizations in immigration, business law, civil and commercial litigation, as well as civil, commercial and labor mediation.

Admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2016, she appears before the Quebec courts and immigration authorities. Her practice combines a solid litigation approach with a willingness to favor, where appropriate, effective and lasting negotiated solutions. She supports her clients both in defending their rights and in preventing and strategically resolving disputes.

Trained in both civil and common law, Ms Diallo stands out for her structured analysis, clear communication and marked sense of pragmatism. She advises a diverse clientele, particularly entrepreneurs, in sometimes complex or sensitive contexts.

Multilingual, she works in French, English and Peuhl, with some Spanish, which enhances the quality of her support in cross-cultural or international cases. She attaches particular importance to establishing a relationship of trust and understanding the specific realities of each of her clients.

Alongside her practice, she is actively involved in the legal and entrepreneurial community, notably as Governor of the Next Generation, with the Fondation du Barreau du Québec and through Pro Bono initiatives, thus contributing to a committed and forward-looking practice of law.

This combination of legal rigor, strategic vision and attention to human realities makes Ms. Diallo a trusted contact for any individual or organization seeking serious, effective and discerning support.
